This 5 year limited warranty covers Supplier DL15BSRCDF, DL15GSRCDF, R15GOSRPS, R15BLSRPS, DL3OGNSRPS, ALL NRM, RM, UVCL AND FROSTED SPARKLE PRODUCTS WHEN INSTALLED IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

This 7 year limited warranty covers Supplier R3OBSRPS4, R300SRPS4, R15BSRCDF, R3OBSRCDF, R15GSRCDF, R3OGSRCDF AND E122OSRCDF WHEN INSTALLED IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Supplier Solar Control Window Film is warranted for a period of 10 years from the date of original purchase when properly installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions on suitable interior glass surfaces by a duly authorized dealer. Your LLumar Solar Control Window Film will maintain reflective properties without crazing, cracking or peeling, maintain adhesive properties without blistering, bubbling or delaminating from the glass and maintain appearance without discoloration. This 10 year limited warranty covers Supplier N1O2OSRCDF, N1O3SSRCDF, N1O4OSRCDF, N1O5OSRCDF, N1O65SRCDF, R2OSRCDF, R35SRCDF, R5OSRCDF, N1O2OBSRCDF, N1O35BSRCDF, AND N1O5OBSRCDF WHEN INSTALLED IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

• GLASS BREAKAGE AND/OR SEAL FAILURE MUST BE A RESULT OF LLUMAR PRODUCT LISTED ABOVE
• THERE ISA DEDUCTIBLE OF $25.00 (U.S. $) OR 5% OF THE REPLACEMENT COST, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, FOR RESIDENTIAL AND SMALL COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS. THE DEDUCTIBLE FOR COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS OVER 2,500 SQ. FT. IS $100.00 (U.S. $) OR 5% OF THE REPLACEMENT COST, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

The warranty coverage is limited to the owner of the property at the time of installation and is not transferable.

If the film fails to comply under recommended use and maintenance within the warranty period, the film will be replaced (Labor and Materials) at no cost to the consumer by the manufacturer. CPFilms Inc. reserves the right to inspect any film failures. In order to obtain replacement of the film, the information contained in the installation record or bill of sale furnished at the time of purchase which includes evidence that the film is Supplier, together with a description of the specific defect should be sent to the authorized dealer from which the film was originally purchased or the CPFilms Inc., Warranty Dept., Post Office Box 5068, Martinsville,
Virginia 24115. Proof of purchase is also required in order to obtain warranty coverage. It Is therefore recommended that the purchaser retain the completed installation record or sales receipt and copy of this warranty.

CPFiIms Inc. HEREBY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT DURING THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY-PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, CPFilms Inc. HEREBY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer’s/CPFiIms’ sole obligation to the owner/purchaser, whether claim be based in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, shall be solely as provided hereunder and damages and remedies shall be as provided hereunder.

Some States/Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from State/Province to State/Province.

This limited warranty is void if the film is subject to abuse or improper care resulting in scratching or damaging. The manufacturer assumes no liability for glass breakage or seal failure from any cause unless the 2 year thermal glass breakage and seal failure box Is marked above. IF YOU DESIRE GLASS BREAKAGE AND/OR SEAL FAILURE WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED ABOVE WITH THE 2 YEAR THERMAL GLASS BREAKAGE AND SEAL FAILURE, IT MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY AND REQUIRES A RECEIPT FROM CPFilms INC. TO BE VALID.

This limited warranty or any part of it is void only where expressly prohibited by law. Supplier Solar Control Window Film is not warranted in any way, except as expressly stated in this limited warranty and by operation of law.
